Coping with Stress (1-5 sessions)
This is by far the most common presenting issue for clients in our community. Each of us is doing our best to manage competing priorities, limited resources and situations that are caustic and/or difficult to accept. My preference is that we do not work for more than 5 sessions on chronic stress to avoid keeping you in an unhealthy environment.

Feeling overwhelmed is a natural response to chronic stress, especially if you have experienced trauma. It takes time and practice to be able to quiet our nervous system so we can deal with complex problems in our lives.
